How to Submit Feedback on Sea and Buy
Do you have an idea, a feature request, or some general thoughts you want to share with the Sea and Buy team? We’d love to hear from you! Here’s a simple guide on how to submit feedback directly to us.
Two Ways to Reach Us
There are two main ways to send us feedback:
- Directly through the Sea and Buy app (our priority for quick responses!).
- Through the feedback form on our website.
Let’s dive in!
Method 1: Feedback via the Mobile App
- Download and Log In
- If you haven’t already, download the Sea and Buy app and create an account. (Need help with that? Check out our article: How to Create an Account on Sea and Buy.)
- Go to Your Profile
- On the home screen, tap the “Profile” icon at the bottom.
- Access the Menu
- On your profile page, tap the three lines at the top right corner.
- Select “Feedback/Report”
- A new menu should appear. Tap on “Feedback/Report.”
- Choose a Feedback Category
- You’re now on the feedback page! Select the category that best fits your feedback—whether it’s a general thought, a bug report, a feature request, or an item report. (Want details on item reports? Read How to Report an Item on Sea and Buy.)
- Write and Submit
- Type out your message and hit “Submit.” That’s it—you’re all set!
Method 2: Feedback via the Website
- Go to the Sea and Buy Website
- Head to our official website and scroll down to the footer section.
- Find the “Support” Section
- Look for the “Support” category, then click on “Contact Us.”
- Fill Out the Form
- Our contact form lets you send us your name, email, and any feedback or message you have in mind. No account is needed to submit feedback via the website!
