• Locate the item you wish to report and select it.
• At the Item page scroll down. If you are on a mobile device, swipe right a couple of times. Continue until you find the report section.
• Note the Unique Code of the Item and continue by tapping the ‘Report to Us‘ button.
• You will be redirected to the Feedback / Report page.
• For your convenience, the ‘Report an Item‘ category will be automatically selected. The unique code text field will be pre-filled.
• Double-check to confirm that the unique code is correct.
• Describe the reason for reporting the item.
• To send your report to the Sea and Buy team, simply press the ‘Submit’ button.
