Keep in mind that an item can only be deleted by the user who created the listing.
Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you navigate the item deletion process safely and effectively.
Find the Item:
- Open the mobile app or visit the official Sea and Buy website, and go to your list of items from your profile on mobile or from the Products tab on the website dashboard.
- Scroll through the list to find the item you want to delete.
- On the mobile app, tap the edit icon at the item’s information container until a deletion confirmation popup appears. On the website, tap the edit button on the item row, then scroll down to the end of the screen to find the delete button
To finalize the deletion:
- Click or tap the ‘Delete Item’ button if you are certain you want to proceed with the deletion.
- If you change your mind or pressed the delete option by mistake, select ‘Cancel’ to stop the deletion process.
Remember, deletion is permanent, and there is no way to undo this action once it is completed. Please make sure you have backed up any necessary information related to the item before proceeding with these steps.
